Visited this park on 9/23/2020. The park is in middle Tennessee and covers 870 acres. It was the site of an old textile mill that was operational in 1890 and whose ruins can still be seen in the park next to a beautiful spring house. The Tennessee Valley Authority took over in 1940 then in 1966 the property became a recreation facility. Besides its spectacular waterfall, one can enjoy hiking, camping, boating, swimming or fishing in this beautiful park.
