Lynch’s Woods, 2022, SC

My husband drove us to Newberry to hike/walk at Lynch’s Woods Park today 10/30/2022. We hiked in the woods for a short while but mostly we walked on the road which loops around the park for 5 miles. The elevation increase was only 348 feet. It took us about two hours and 20 minutes to finish, stopping often for photos. Fall was in its full splendor. Foliage colors were radiant. The road is wide, paved and easy to follow. There are many trails through the woods, check the link below from the Palmetto Trail web page if interested in hiking them.
