I love to explore new recipes. I first saw this main dish in our local newsletter. I thought it looked interesting. Then one Sunday I could not decide what to make. I remembered this dish but no longer had the newsletter so I looked it up on AllRecipes and found here
I have since made it many times especially when I am expecting company. It has always received rave reviews and it is so easy to make!
Today I served it with Tabouli. The sides were mashed potatoes, gravy, blanched asparagus, boiled peas, corn and fresh baked rolls.
