Grilled Lamb Dinner

Tonight’s dinner consisted of tabouli, grilled lamb, grilled sausages, vegetable medley and roasted rosemary potatoes. My family loves this simple and delicious meal.


I make tabouli almost every Sunday as my family loves it!

Grilled Lamb

Rub the lamb with salt, pepper and old bay. Let it sit for 20 minutes then grill as you like.

Grilled Sausages

These are store bought hot Italian sausages. They are simply grilled.

Roasted Vegetable Medley

I cut up : eggplant, zucchini, squash, yellow pepper, red pepper, green pepper and a few jalapenos to give it a kick. I sprinkle garlic salt and rub with olive oil before roasting in the oven at 400F.

Rosemary Roasted potatoes

Peel, wash and cut potatoes into cubes. Sprinkle salt, rosemary and olive oil over the potatoes then roast them in the oven at 400F.
