You will need
- Warm boiled potatoes
- Onion
- Basil
- Marjoram
- Salt
- Pepper
- Burghul
Put the onion in the food processor, add the spices, then the potatoes then the burghul. Burghul will absorb the water from the boiled potatoes and soften. Mix until blended. Taste to see if they need more salt. Lay out on a platter, decorate and top with olive oil.
OMGosh!! Of course I’m familiar with the traditional kibbi, but I never knew of this kind. This is a must-try!
