Visited on 1/19/2020 . The Palmetto trail in Lynch’s was closed so we walked on the road for fear of getting lost. It was rather short and easy so we headed to Wells Japanese Garden which was relatively close by. It is a small garden that one can visit in a just a few minutes. It looked like it had seen better days. Not sure it is still maintained. It’s a curiosity nonetheless if you are in the area but I would not drive specifically to see it. We then headed back by way of Rocky Creek which was a great place to hike along the river .The trail includes a waterfall and some cascades. Certainly a place to visit often. It is quite popular, always ran into several groups hiking or picnicking by the water.
